Our R&D Lab is staffed with highly skilled chemists, color experts and product development technicians who can create custom products that meet exact specifications. We can color match to a current sample or design a proprietary product in-house.

Our custom manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce a wide range of engineered products that include cut and sew, vacuum formable and both unsupported and supported expanded vinyls (UEVsand SEVs). We also offer multiple embossing and paper grain options. We offer state-of-the-art technologies such as proprietary back coat systems, micro-perforation, and Flame Blocker FR technology.

Uniroyal Engineered Products’ specialty products are certified to meet the most rigorous testing standards in the industry. Our quality assurance system has earned us ISO 9001:2008 certification.
