Slight Variations in NaugaCase Appearance
Like any fine carrying case your NaugaCase will exhibit slight imperfections in grain, feel and gloss due to dietary and environmental factors affecting the Naugas™ that shed their hydes to make each NaugaCase.*

Protecting the inside of each hyde and your computer is a soft, white, cotton-like material that may be evident in small amounts from time to time, especially if the surface is punctured by a sharp object. Don't worry. These areas can normally be concealed by carefully trimming any loose fabric with a scissors and, if necessary, applying a bit of indelible ink, the same color as the hyde, to the visible white area. Be sure to test any ink first on an inconspicuous area and allow to dry fully before resuming normal use.

Care and Cleaning
In order to protect your NaugaCase (and your computer), we recommend that it not be exposed to temperatures above 120º F (such as in a closed automobile) for extended periods of time.

In the event of extended exposure to temperatures -20º F or below be careful not to expose your NaugaCase (or your computer) to severe blows or impacts with sharp objects until it has been allowed to warm to room temperature. This will help protect the appearance of your NaugaCase.

Cleaning of Naugahyde® Surfaces
Light soiling, the most common of problems: apply a solution of 10% household liquid dish soap with warm water using a soft damp cloth. If necessary, apply same solution with a soft bristle brush and wipe away the residue with a water dampened cloth.
To restore luster to dulled surfaces, a light coat of spray furniture wax can be used. Apply for 30 seconds and follow with a light buffing, using a clean, white cloth.

If you are not satisfied with your NaugaCase for any reason, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping charges not included). Please include packing slip with returns, noting type of case, pieces and reason for return.
 
NaugaCase™ Limited Warranty
This product is warranted, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period and upon proof of purchase, your NaugaCase will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at our option within 30 days.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
