Melamine polyurethane foams generally are preferred with Flame Blocker.
When used with melamine polyurethane foam or HR polyurethane foam which meets California bulletin #117 requirements. All data regarding Naugahyde 2-200 Flame Blocker fabric was obtained using specific test methods under controlled laboratory conditions to measure performance against codes and specifications. Details of test results are available upon request. While Uniroyal views the product as a significant improvement over existing technology, all organic materials will burn and generate smoke under some fire conditions.
